Brazilian Water Purifiers will ship products to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please carefully review and enter your complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.
We strongly recommend including a WhatsApp phone number during checkout to facilitate communication in case additional information is required for delivery or customs clearance.
Shipping Destinations
Shipping to North America
For online retail purchases, we offer flat-rate international express shipping at a cost of USD $12.80, valid throughout North America (United States and Canada). For wholesale or large-quantity orders, shipping conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible service.
Note: All products shipped by Brazilian Water Purifiers and its logistics partners are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.
Order Processing
After your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, the following steps take place: sorting, packing, and shipping.
Standard processing time: 3 to 5 business days
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Important Note: All water filters sold by Brazilian Water Purifiers require up to 7 days of preparation prior to shipping due to quality control procedures and secure packaging standards. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.
Shipping Time & Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (sent to the email address used during checkout) within 7 business days after order processing. You may track your shipment directly on our website using the tracking page provided.
Estimated delivery time after shipment: 13 to 18 business days
Please note: All orders are shipped from Brazil via the Brazilian Post Office to the destination address.
